Curried Egg Salad

Ingredients

Eggs
hardboiled, peeled and chopped

mayonnaise

prepared yellow mustard

chopped green onion or chives

finely chopped celery

curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the chopped egg in a medium-sized bowl with all other ingredients.
Gently toss to combine. Adjust seasonings and serve.
Can be made ahead and kept chilled until ready to serve.
