On a similar note, one of my other favorite bloggers, Mavis posted recently about the true cost of convenience food (link to full article here). All those prepackaged meals add 52% more calories, cost double the amount of whole foods and saves the cook an average of only 10 mins per meal. Is it worth it? I think not.
