Recently, I’ve been feeling some things. Maybe it’s because I had a birthday recently, or its winter, or my anxiety acting up. Or maybe just maybe it’s mercury in retrograde? (I know that’s a thing, I’m just not sure how it works). I haven’t really been present in this space much in the last year or so. We have come to that time of year again when everyone gets all reflective and/or ambitious as the New Year approaches. I am absolutely one of those people. I think it’s important to do regular reflections and goal assessing, though this year I kind of failed at both.…
As someone who cooks a lot I get asked questions all the time. I mean, finding a way to answer cooking questions was the main reason I started this blog way back when. However, lately I’m getting asked questions that in all honesty I can’t even stomach responding to anymore.…

Those things sound counterproductive I know, but there’s a lot that happens when you suddenly have a couple little kids requiring 90% of your attention.…
After something like 3 months I finally have this book together and out for the world to see!
I’m so excited because this is the first real product I have put out with an actual price tag, but it’s one of those things that I just had to do and finally get out there. There was a lot of learning involved, and I’m sure there is more to come, but this was a big step for me and I’m so proud.
The book is on sale now for just $4, but that will go up on December 1st, so don’t wait to get your copy.
What will you find in this book?
- 100 different dinner party menus each with its own unique theme
- Organized by seasonality
- A few of my favorite dip and salad dressing recipes
- Tips and tricks for helping make the night go smoothly
- Ways to expand the fun with potlucks, inclusive menus, and last minute ideas
- The tricks that I use on a regular basis to keep it all simple
I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do!
