I know that you know I made homemade Caesar dressing recently for my Chicken Caesar Burger, which I ended up eating the entire rest of the week. But what you didn’t know is that I’ve been kind of obsessing about creamy dressings since. Having always been a vinaigrette person this was a whole new ball park for me, but I was able to come up with a few really great recipes that I think I will be using in the future.
This recipe was probably my absolute favorite out of them all.
I obsess about pesto to begin with so it really shouldn’t be a shocker that it was my favorite.
Since the development of this recipe I have since tried it on salad, pasta, sandwiches, and as a dip. It worked beautifully in all applications.
Creamy Pesto Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp prepared pesto
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well
- combined. Adjust season, some people may like more pesto, and serve chilled.
