Valentines Dinner for Two

By Jessica

This post may contain affiliate links. I may receive commissions for purchases made through links in this post.

So as it turns out Chuck and I may or may not have waited too
long to get reservations anywhere for valentines (read: I am super indecisive).
So we are probably going to just stay in. Don’t worry I will talk him into taking
me out another night, since I have an amazing new dress sitting unworn in my closet.

Over the years I have written about a number of our “date
night menus”, there is this in depth one from 2013, and this compilation of 5 recipes (Gluten free, chicken main course, beef main course, Seafood, and
Vegetarian) just from Valentines. This time around I went a little lighter. I just
chose recipes that we are loving/craving right now and went with those. Now all
that needs to be done is to find a nice bottle of wine and some candles.
Salad: Greens w/ Honey Mustard Dressing
Soup: Roasted Red Pepper Soup
Main: Scallop & Bacon Carbonara

Desert: Homemade Icecream & Brownies

I must say, as a lot as I enjoyed reading what you had to say, I couldnt help but lose interest after a while. Its as if you had a wonderful grasp on the subject matter, but you forgot to include your readers. Perhaps you should think about this from far more than one angle. Or maybe you shouldnt generalise so considerably. Its better if you think about what others may have to say instead of just going for a gut reaction to the subject. Think about adjusting your own believed process and giving others who may read this the benefit of the doubt.Jobs offered

Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm an herbalist living in the great northeast with my husband Chuck, our two little boys, our dog Brody and a flock of chickens. I'm all about real, good food and good times with awesome people. I spend a lot of time outside, in my garden, and concocting potions and helping people feel their best. I also like tea, reading, and about a million other hobbies. I'm so happy your here on this adventure with me.
