This recipe was originally published in 2012 as one of the first recipes to appear on Sweet Love & Ginger (then American Ginger Diaries, I think?). Since then it has remained a family favorite, and one of the only recipes that Chuck repeatedly asks for. I mean if he has to eat seafood it might as well have maple syrup on, it right? Recently
February was a good month. There was a moment there where I thought I was going to lose my mind with all the ice & freezing rain, but we made it through. And, if the last few days are any indication then spring is right around the corner. I am so excited for spring this year I can’t even contain myself.
