A few months ago I went to this little hole in the wall Thai place somewhere near Syracuse. I was there for work and wanted a healthy-ish dinner. I get really sick of the butter laden, fried, and heavy food that seems to dominate the restaurant scene. I realize that some of the higher end restaurants don’t always serve that kind of thing, but I’m not looking to spend that kind of money when I’m out of town for work.

May was little less hectic for us than April, but only by a smidge, So I’m breaking it down into parts again. This might just become a thing. It’s so much easier to keep my thoughts in line this way….
The days are feeling short right now.
This is the time of year when we are all trying to get the garden “stuff” in so it can do its thing, catching up with people, and for us getting ready for another person to join the party while trying to get these house projects under wraps. It’s a lot, and we are chugging right along with it all, but man is it a lot.
